Run the London Marathon for a little bit of HOPE!
We’re really excited that a little bit of HOPE has secured a charity place for the 2027 London Marathon, and we are on the lookout for a brave and brilliant runner to represent us! This is a fantastic opportunity to take on one of the world’s most iconic marathons while making a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Our team in Uganda are working hard to bring hope to families in Butaleja District; empowering them to lift themselves out of poverty. By running for us, you’ll help raise essential funds that go directly towards our education and livelihoods programmes which are bringing hope to so many in the district.
If you like the idea of making a huge difference for a small charity (and are willing to run 26.2 miles around London on Sunday 25th April 2027!) then this could be the challenge for you.

Participation fee: £50 (£0 if fundraising target reached)
Charity places available: 1
If you are interested, please submit the form below by 25th September. We have one charity place available and, if we receive multiple applications, all eligible applicants will be entered into a random draw, with one person selected to receive the place.
We’ll notify all applicants by 1st October.

Could you be a hero for a little bit of HOPE and have some fun while fundraising?
Do you have a 10k race coming up, fancy growing a beard for a year, or climbing a few peaks? Would you like to hold a cheese and wine evening and invite one of our team to come and share some stories with your friends or church? Or could you ask your family for donations to us instead of presents for your Birthday?
